Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume and the chosen service option. For large quantities or set restorations it may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed.
After filling in the order form you'll receive a confirmation email with the exact shipping address in Thalwil, ZH. Please wait for this confirmation before shipping.
Non-LEGO parts (e.g. Duplo, Mega Bloks, Playmobil, small parts without LEGO® origin) are sorted out and returned separately. We process only original LEGO® bricks.
We process orders from Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Shipments from DE/AT may incur customs fees — we're happy to advise you in advance by email.
After weighing you'll receive a quote by email. Upon approval an invoice follows. We accept bank transfer, Twint and other payment methods on request.
Cleaning is included as standard in both service packages — it is not offered as a standalone service. If you have special requirements, write to us.
